There are only three rules for joining.

1) If your form is complete please put [complete] in the subject line.

2) If your form is not complete please put [wip] in the subject line. (wip stands for work in progress.)

3) You may notify a staff member either in the shoutbox or a private message after a day of waiting to be accepted via completed join form.
